Golf Entry Fee: $100 per person (includes range pass, green fees, cart, and dinner)

Cancellation Policy:
1. If the tournament is canceled due to weather or other events, each player will receive a rain check from the golf course along with a gift certificate to their bar and restaurant, Grill 19.
2. If player or team is a no show, entry fee is non-refundable.
